Eagle County Airport (EGE)
The closest airport and the easiest arrival — about 35 minutes to Vail and 20 minutes to Avon and Beaver Creek.
Denver International (DEN)
Roughly two hours east on I-70. More flight options and often cheaper fares, at the cost of a longer drive.
Private transfers
We arrange door-to-door transfers from either airport. Send us your flight number and it is handled before you land.

We answer calls and texts seven days a week between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM Mountain Time. Form enquiries are usually answered the same day, and always within one business day.

Is the concierge service really free?
Yes. Ski and snowboard delivery, grocery stocking, airport transfers, lift tickets, lessons and tours are arranged at no service fee. You pay only for the third-party service itself.
How far is Vail from the nearest airport?
Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) is the closest, roughly 35 minutes from Vail and about 20 minutes from Avon and Beaver Creek. Denver International (DEN) is about two hours east on I-70.
