We built Visit Vail so someone local always answers
We started Visit Vail because it was filling up with rentals run from call centers hundreds of miles away — guests arrived to a lockbox and a phone number that rang somewhere else.
Every vacation rental we manage is looked after by our own team, and most guests end up texting Peter directly. That is not a marketing line — it is how the company is built, and it is the reason people come back season after season.
With us you are not booking a listing — you are getting a local who actually picks up the phone.

How we actually work
Managed by our own team
No sub-contracted call center and no rotating staff. The people who clean, check and maintain your home are the people we work with every week.
Concierge included, never upsold
Ski and snowboard delivery, grocery stocking, airport transfers, lift tickets and lessons. We arrange all of it at no service fee — you pay only the third party.
Book direct, reach a local
Booking platforms add a guest service fee and put a support queue between you and the house. Booking with us removes both.

We match the rental
We come back with the vacation rentals that actually fit — usually the same day, and usually a shorter list than you expect.
We meet you at the door
A person, not a lockbox. Skis fitted, fridge stocked and transfers arranged before you land.
We stay reachable
Seven days a week for the whole stay. Most guests end up texting Peter directly.
Where we operate
Vail Village, Golden Peak, Lionshead, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, Arrowhead, Avon and Edwards — the full Vail Valley, from walk-to-gondola condos to true ski-in/ski-out chalets. Our office is at 82 E Beaver Creek Blvd in Avon.
