Rentals and demos delivered to your door and fitted in the living room. No shop queue on your first morning, and no carrying boots through the village.
Grocery and fridge stocking
Send your list and it is in the kitchen when you walk in. Coffee, breakfast and the first dinner, so nobody has to find a supermarket after a travel day.
Door to door from Eagle County (EGE, 35 minutes) or Denver (DEN, about two hours). Send us the flight number and the car is there when you land.
Passes, tickets and lessons
Epic Pass questions, lift tickets, ski school, private instructors and children’s programs — booked before the good slots disappear in peak weeks.
Tours and activities
Snowmobile tours and sleigh dinners in winter. Whitewater rafting, fly fishing, hiking and the bike park in summer. Restaurant tables year round.
A local on call
You are met at the door by a person, never a lockbox. If something is wrong at nine in the evening, you text someone who is twenty minutes away.

After booking we ask about gear, groceries, transfers and lessons. Answer as much or as little as you like.
We book it locally
We use the same suppliers we have worked with for years, at their normal rates. We add nothing on top.
It is ready when you arrive
Skis in the ski room, food in the fridge, car at the terminal. You walk in and the holiday has already started.
We stay on call
Plans change, weather changes, someone breaks a tooth. Text us and we sort it out for the whole stay.

Concierge questions we get asked
Is the concierge service really free?
Yes. There is no service fee for arranging ski and snowboard delivery, grocery stocking, airport transfers, lift tickets, lessons or tours. You pay only the third-party supplier, at their normal rate. We do not add a margin.
How far in advance should I send my requests?
As early as you can. Ski school places and private instructors sell out in Christmas, Presidents’ Week and spring break. Groceries and ski delivery usually need about 48 hours. Transfers we can often arrange same-day.
Can you arrange things for a large group?
Yes. Group airport transfers, multiple lesson bookings, restaurant tables for ten or more and in-home catering are all routine for us. Tell us the group size when you enquire and we will plan around it.
What if I need something in the evening?
Guests staying with us can reach someone outside office hours. Most people text, and someone twenty minutes away answers. That is the whole point of using a local team rather than a call center.
Do I have to use the concierge service?
Not at all. Some guests use everything, some just want the keys and quiet. It is included either way, so there is nothing to decline and nothing to pay for if you do not use it.
